The practical side.
The Cottage  is built around an old miner's cottage nestled in wooded countryside, sheltered from all winds and a natural suntrap. The house is surrounded by a pretty mature garden which is available to the guests. It is away from the road, with private parking, there is a separate children's play area with swings, slide, sandpit etc... Dogs are welcome, suitable footpaths lead directly off the cottage.
Situated  in the very heart of West Cornwall, half way between Land's End and the Lizard two miles NW of  Helston, Primrose Cottage is close to the superb beach of Praa Sands and the fishing harbour of Porthleven. Is is a very convenient holiday base to which you will enjoy returning.
